What do we do?

We take care of your home when you are not there to do it yourself – and we care for it as if it were our own. We specialize in arrival/departure services, maintenance checks, and services customized to our clients’ needs while they are away.

Monthly Maintenance
- Regular maintenance walkthroughs interior and exterior, with status report
- Light cleaning services
- Scheduled services including landscaping, pool maintenance, pest and weed control

Arrival and Departure Services
- Departure and Arrival Cleanings
- Opening/closing home services
- Pool/spa ready for the season

Home repairs and improvements
- Coordinate with our vendors to provide services, make sure the repairs are completed, and report progress to you.
- Provide access management and supervision for repair or installation work

Outdoor services
- Roof walk
- HVAC maintenance check
- Post-storm checks
- Patio furniture stowing/retrieval for the season
- Patio/garage sweeping or power wash
- Grill and outdoor kitchen cleaning

Alarm on call service
- CAOS numbers on call for alarm service
- Travel to house and report on status

Other concierge services
- Home wait services to provide access management for repairs, installations, and deliveries
- Pantry and refrigerator stocking service
- Consumables replacement: air and water filters, batteries, bulbs, etc.
